Tito is from our first litter out of our Annie and Bravo and represents a wonderful blend of their best qualities. When you ask other Havanese exibitors about Tito, you will hear them comment on his lovely coat, great movement, wonderful small size and that adorable Havanese face!
Tito completed his championship entirely owner handled and is a joy to own and show. He is a typical, typey Havanese in an elegant small package. Weighing in at 9.3 lbs and measuring 9 7/8" at the withers, Tito's proportions are quite nice. Tito thinks he is a "big dog", but shhhh....don't tell him he's not. Anyway, he knows better, since he already has the reputation of being the "big dog" at least at home.
If you asked me to describe Tito, I would call him lively, happy and funny. He loves to play and have fun. When he's in the ring, you can almost see him strutting his stuff to a lively little Cuban tune from his namesake, Tito Puente.
Tito will be shown as a "special" on a select basis. He is CERFed annually, BAER tested, patellas are registered as normal with OFA and has received an excellent rating on hips from OFA. In addition, Tito has his CHIC number from the Canine Health Information Clearinghouse as well as his Havanese Club of America 4 Star Dog Award. Tito is available at stud to approved bitches. He has produced 11 AKC conformation champions to date, earning him the Havanese Club of America Register of Merit designation, with at least two more well on their way. In addition, he has produced two Havanese with their Rally Novice titles and one with his Rally Advanced Excellent title. We think they are all pretty special!
