Bailey is an elegant, solid black Havanese with great expression, a lovely topline and profile all wrapped up in a small package. We bred Bailey and are fortunate to co-own her now with Butch and Jan Wilken.
A litter sister to Sky, Ch. Tejano's Eye of the Storm, Bailey comes from one of our most successful litters to date. That litter was between one of our favorite girls here, Tess (Ch. Tejano's Hidden Treasure) and a very special stud named Brody (Multi Ch. Elfin Snowhite Startin' Over, ROM). Brody has had many highlights in his show career. He remains the only Havanese to be #1 in both Breed and All Breed points for the year, a record he set in 2000 and which is still unbroken now in 2006! In 
addition, he has won an award of merit at every National Specialty in which he has competed...a total of 6 AOMs there. Also, he was the Best of Opposite Sex at the Westminster Kennel Club show during the first year that Havanese were eligible for competition and won an AOM the next year. Brody has sired a total of 19 Havanese champions with several others on their way, sired the 2nd Havanese to receive his MACH title in Agility (and is grandsire to the 1st ever MACH Havanese), sire the #1 Obedience Havanese and #1 Agility Havanese for 2005, and has many other titleholders in Rally, Obedience and Agility. Brains & Beauty...what more could we want? Well, health testing is something we value as well and Brody's record there is also quite impressive. At the age of 10 1/2 he is an HCA 4 Star Health Award winner, he still passes his CERF eye exam, qualifies for CHIC, along with 15 of his offspring who also have their CHIC numbers! He has an 8 1/2 year old 
son who still passes his CERF exam as well, so we are pleaed to add Brody's many outstanding qualities to our lines here!
Bailey is a goregous little girl with spunk and attitude in the ring. She finished her AKC Championship from the 9-12 month puppy class with 4 majors, 2 BOB wins and 2 BOS wins. Only out for one weekend after she finished, she managed to take BOS to her litter brother Sky who took the Breed that day. The win was extra special, as Bailey's "grandmother", Adrienne Schneeweiss, was handling her in the ring. Adrienne is owner of the sire, Brody. Bailey is now home with her loving owners, Butch and Jan, where we are sure she is trying her best to rule the roost.
Bailey will be bred in 2007 and we are looking forward to some wonderful puppies from her . If you are interested in being considered for one of those puppies, please contact us. We are looking for both show homes as well as pet homes to love these babies! Until then, she is happy to be the center of attention at home.
